The home has to be site-built, carry a homestead exemption, and have a just value of $700,000 or less. An owner may claim one eligible property. Claims are open now and run through September 30, 2029, with the required forms and receipts.

Everyone attending has to give a name, address, violation number, and their relationship to the property, whether owner or tenant. If you show up only to listen, you still give your name at the door.
